These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions, prize draws, or promotions (collectively referred to as “promotions”) operated by Jingle Works (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These may be hosted on our website, social media platforms, or other digital channels.

By entering any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any specific rules that may apply to an individual promotion. Such specific rules may include eligibility criteria, entry instructions, and start and end dates. These will be made available on our website or on associated platforms where the promotion is published.

Start and End Dates

A promotion will be deemed live from the moment it is visible on our website or actively promoted via our social media platforms. All stated start and end times will be clearly displayed on the promotion page and are based on UK local time (GMT or BST, as applicable).

Entry Conditions

Unless specified, promotions are open to both individuals and businesses, regardless of geographic location, provided that entrants are aged 18 years or over.

To enter, follow the instructions provided on our website. We will not be held responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or corrupted entries. Entries are strictly limited to one per person and any duplicates will be disregarded. Any submissions received after the stated closing date will not be accepted. There is no fee to enter a promotion.

By submitting your entry, you agree to be added to our promotional mailing list. We may occasionally send information about special offers, new products, or upcoming vocal sessions. You may unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by following the link provided in our emails or contacting us directly.

We accept no responsibility for entries not received due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or any other reason beyond our control.

Winner Selection and Notification

Unless otherwise stated, each promotion will have a single winner. All valid entries are assigned a generic number and a random number generator is used to select the winner fairly.

Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the promotion’s closing date. If the selected winner cannot be reached or does not respond within ten (10) days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

The prize will be as described in the promotion’s specific page. Any images used are for illustrative purposes only. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless explicitly stated.

Where applicable, we may publicly announce the winner’s name on our website and social media channels. If the prize includes an audio creation, we reserve the right to publicly share or showcase the final product. Copyright for all creations remains with Jingle Works and our production partners.

Data Protection

Any personal information collected during the promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and processed only for the purpose of administering the promotion or as otherwise outlined therein.

User Accounts and Passwords

If you create an account as part of a promotion or prize claim, you must provide accurate personal information, including a secure password. We take steps to protect stored passwords through encryption and security protocols. However, it remains your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login details and to use a strong, unique password. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard account credentials.

General Terms

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion, specific rules, or these Terms and Conditions at any time if necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or where an error or omission has occurred. Any such changes will be published on our website or wherever the promotion was originally hosted.

All entries must be submitted under your real name. Failure to provide genuine and complete information may result in disqualification. We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that we believe to be fraudulent, misleading, or submitted using aliases, automated systems, or other unfair means.
