Terms and Conditions

In these terms (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) all relate to Jingle Works. These are the terms and conditions which apply to any competition, prize draw or promotion which we may run, whether on our or their websites, social media platforms, or otherwise.

By entering a promotion held on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions along with any other specific rules which relate to a promotion. Specific rules may include entry instructions and start and end dates which may be published on our website or social media platforms.

Start and End Date and/or Time

This promotion starts as soon as the competition page is visible on our website and/or promoted via our social media platforms. All start, and end times are listed on our website and are based on UK time.

Entering a Promotion

Each promotion advertised by us is open to both individuals and businesses, not just limited to any specific geographic region. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years old.

To enter, just follow the entry process which is always available via our website. We cannot guarantee entry for mis-spelt, corrupt, or ineligible entries. Entries received after the closing date will not be processed. There is no cost to enter a promotion.

You may only make a maximum of one entry per promotion unless we state otherwise. Any duplicate entries that we receive will be discarded.

We accept no responsibility for entries that we have not received. For example, online entries not received as part of network incompatibility, technical faults, or any other reason.

By entering your details, you will be subscribed to our promotional mailing list where we occasionally send out information about special offers, new products and sung jingle sessions. You are welcome to unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Winner Selection and Notification

For each promotion, there will only be one prize winner unless otherwise specified. Each online entry is assigned a generic number with each number inputted to a generation tool. The tool will choose a number; thus, the winner is selected at random.

If you are selected as a winner in one of our promotions, you will be contacted by email within seven (7) days of the end date. If we are not able to contact the winner within ten (10) days, we reserve the right to select another winner.

The prize or prizes will be as described in the relevant specific rules. Any images are used for illustrative purposes only.

Each prize is non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative available. Unless otherwise stated by the specific rules, the prize will only be fulfilled to the winning entrant.

If you win a prize, we may publish your name to be used in any reasonable publicity on our website, social media channels or neighbouring websites. If the prize is audio related, we reserve the right to publicly showcase what we have created. Copyrights on creations belong to Sono Jingles and any other relevant party.

Data Protection

Your personal data will be collected and processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Other Rules

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion, specific rules and/or these terms and conditions if we consider it necessary or appropriate to do so for reasons beyond our reasonable control or if there has been an error, etc. Any changes will be posted here and/or on our website.

When entering a promotion or claiming a prize, you must use your real name. Failure to provide adequate information may result in your prize being withdrawn.

Unless the specific rules state otherwise you can only enter each promotion once. We will not tolerate any attempts to manipulate the outcome in any of our promotions. You may not use any alias to enter a promotion either as an individual or as a group. We reserve the right to withdraw any entries which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to be false.
